I want to give a review for Next Plumbing. I had some major plumbing done at my home recently. I had Dan come out to my Naples home. He is an excellent plumber who tackled all the jobs. He did a five star job. He explained the cost and gave me a detailed explanation of the service. I would highly recommend Dan and Next Plumbing. I will definitely hire this company again!

Terry was at my home today for regular maintenance review, including water heater and review of all plumbing fixtures. He went the extra mile to educate me on best practices for new water system, as well as isolate source of my high water bill. He was very professional and took time to address the issues in a friendly and thoughtful manner. Will definitely ask for him again.

We found a leak this morning and called Next Plumbing. They were very friendly and helpful and Terry came to our house within a couple of hours. He found the leak explained everything to us and fixed the problem. He checked everything before he left. He was friendly, efficient and it was surprisingly reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

I called Next plumbing today because I had a leak at the house that I could hear through the wall. Austin came soon after and explained that it was in the concrete slab and let me know my options with great detail. Deciding to go with whole house re-piping made the best sense. This would stop the leaks from the other holes in the pipes from damaging the floors and the house any further. Also decided to put in the Qwel leak detection system to help deter future leaks from going unnoticed any longer. Thank you Austin and Next Plumbing for hiring honest people who provide service excellence every time I call for help.

Terry arrived to my house for a big kitchen pipe blockage. He was very friendly and kind. He communicated with my husband on the phone, as well as me, personably and professionally. I had a pleasure of meeting Mr. Noel McArdle, and he took care of replacing my water heater with accuracy and neatness. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. This company is definitely a go to from now on for me. And they are fairly priced. They definitely offer quality service! I totally recommend them!

Brian was very nullable and communicated very well, he took care the following and all at an affordable price:
1.replaced the drain, which fixed our leaky pipes
2.flushed our hot water tank
3.checked the faucets in the entire house
4.reviewed options to assist in replacing our kitchen sink

Doug came over today to 1) change out the hoses on my washer, 2) replace a faucet in the shower and 3) provide a 6-month inspection of all plumbing systems. First, he came early and was very pleasant. When I told him what needed done, he got right to work and did a fast job of everything. He had to take a piece of drywall out in order to reach the shower faucet mechanism, and even though I know they don't patch the drywall, he screwed the drywall rectangle back so neatly that all I will have to do is get a little drywall mud and I can patch it myself. He was very competent.

I've used NEXT plumbing for years and have always been pleased with their services. I would highly recommend them -- I would recommend Doug especially.
